Gantry crane is mainly composed of gantry frame, hanging crab, car walking mechanism, cab and electric control system.

    The gantry frame is of box-shaped structure. When the lifting load is below 20t, the crane adopts vertical reaction wheel, and when the lifting load is above 20t, the crane adopts horizontal reaction wheel to run on the beam side.

    The main beam is a single beam deflection, the leg is L-shaped, the lifting space is large, the crossing ability is strong, and it is easy to transport the items from the span to the arm.

    The operation adopts a closed cab, the cab is equipped with adjustable seat, floor insulation mat, window tempered glass, fire extinguisher, electric fan and air conditioning, sound alarm, intercom and other auxiliary equipment, which can be equipped according to user requirements.

    For outdoor work sites, gantry cranes are the best choice. It is mainly applied to the design of heavy duty working places such as 24-hour logistics yard, steel plant, manufacturing yard, mine, port, railway station and so on. Gantry cranes can be equipped with hooks, clamps or magnets, or a combination of all three
