Rubber tyre gantry Crane is composed of gantry, lifting trolley, crane travelling mechanism, cab and electric control system. The gantry is of boxed-shape structure, the girder is bias track double girder and the leg is Type U.
Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane is suitable for loading and unloading of large span, frequently railway freight yard, port, open storage, container transfer station etc. It is suitable for heavy bulky cargo and container handling operations, with frequent high-level work, A5 ~ A8. The capacity is from 5 to 500 tons, span is from 18 to 35 meters, the girder can be designed have cantilever and no cantilever, the end of two main beam connected with end beams to meet the high level requirements.
It can realize a variety of modes such as straight travel, diagonal travel, horizontal travel, in-situ rotation, Ackerman steering, etc.
It has mobility, flexibility, adaptability, high work efficiency, small size occupation area and do not need to lay the rail which are particularly suitable for beam factories with horizontal layout. The rubber Tired gantry crane can work independently or collaborative work by two units.
1. The electrical equipment is accommodated in robust steel plate control cubicles.
