Knuckle boom crane is a kind of special purpose crane to carry out transportation operations in the maritime environment. They are mainly used for the transportation of goods between ships, the supply of sea, the delivery and recycling of object during underwater operations.
The hydraulic system of NUCRANE deck crane innovatively adopts a closed system instead of the open system, solving the problem of the lifting brake control, which is rare to see for deck cranes. After successfully applying the closed system of the deck crane, the hydraulic oil consumption has been reduced by more than half compared to the open system deck cranes, and the power consumption has also been greatly reduced. This is a major breakthrough in energy saving and environmental protection. This crane has obtain 6 national patents.

Hydraulic Pack
SIEMENS or ABB motor are chosen with IP5 level of protection. It can bear water from any direct and has a stable power output it  more reliable and safe than others and can work in high temperature and low temperature environment.
Slewing Bearing
Slewing bearing is equipped with a leak tight seal between the rotary rings, to prevent water and dust entering the tracks. All our rotation bearings screws tightened by highest standard dynamo metric bolt so it's very safe.

We use French Schneider it can bear a long working time and high or low temperature so it's have a long service life and safe on the sea.

Packaging & Shipping

PACKAGE
 
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying;

2. Main beams, end beams and electric hoist are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.

Delivery:

1. If the size of whole crane are suitable for container ship, usually by container;

2. If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;
