This marine deck crane is especially designed and manufactured for cargo handling productivity and safety on a general cargo ship,container,bulk and other carriers.
The biggest advantage of this crane is little space occupation with high efficiency is with hydraulic power unit,all the working action are driven by the hydraulic.It has luffing machinery,slewing machinery,hoisting machinery,every device includes safety device, actuated,the hydraulic and/or electric motor is stopped.
The compact arm head and arm tail design, so that the boom lap length reaches the longest, prolong the service life of the crane.
Using the built-in telescopic arm pulley design, the advantage is that the diameter of the pulley is designed as large as possible, improve the telescopic capacity with load, effectively protect the telescopic wire rope, prolong the service life.
Boom head adopting integral structure, greater intensity(Split head design reduces the boom head carrying capacity).
Rotary organizations adopts a low speed high torque rotary motor, by disc springs and friction plate to brake, it will be more stable, reliable, and outputting larger torque. At the same time, absorbing the stronger inertance of crane effectively during the braking process. When rapid braking, the friction plate can absorb large amounts of energy to protect the whole crane steel Structure.
mechanism hydraulic winch relies on disc spring and friction brake, stable and reliable, efficient, low noise, small calorific value; Rely on hydraulic balanced valves balancing weights when falling, greatly improve product reliability.
The crane boom adopts the larger slider design to reduce the lazy arm specific pressure, at the same time to reduce the wearing capacity.

The availability of a telescopic or fixed jib extension on a telescopic boom is not only easy to attach and use, but it makes it possible to extend the reach of the crane boom by as much as 40 meter.
