Product Description

L/MH type  1-32t gantry crane

Single beam/girder gantry crane is a common lifting equipment, mainly composed of gantry frame, trolley, crane walking mechanism and electrical system. It is widely used in workshops, warehouses, docks ,railway,goods yard and other places for lifting and handling goods, and can be equipped with multiple lifting hooks or grab. In terms of form, there are mainly MH type and L type.

Product Description

The basic structure of a single beam gantry crane mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Main beam
Made by welding a single box girder or I-beam, the structure is lightweight and has moderate load-bearing capacity.
The span of the main beam is usually 5-30 meters and can be customized according to requirements.
2. Legs
It is divided into rigid legs and flexible legs (fixed on one side and slightly movable on the other side), suitable for different spans and uneven ground conditions.
The lower end of the support leg is usually equipped with walking wheels or track wheels.
3. Crane trolley
Installed under the main beam, equipped with electric hoists (such as wire rope hoists or chain hoists) to achieve the lifting and lateral movement of goods.
The car can be manually or electrically driven.

 

4. Walking mechanism
The driving mode is divided into manual, electric or hydraulic. Electric drive is achieved through motors, reducers, and wheels, ensuring smooth operation.
The track is usually made of I-beams or specialized crane tracks, laid on the ground or on supports.
5. Electrical system
Including control box, remote control or cab operating device, realizing lifting, walking and speed regulation functions.

The MH electric hoist gantry crane is used with CD, MD and other types of electric hoist. It is a small and medium-sized crane with rail operation. Its applicable crane capacity is 3-32 tons, applicable span is 12-50 meters, and working environment is -25 ~ 50°C. This product is a general-purpose using crane,which is mostly used for loading and unloading or grasping materials in open aerial and warehouses. The crane control mode have ground control and cabin control. The crane structural frame have truss type, box type, top box with truss leg type for choose.
