Product details
Single beam bridge crane is currently the most widely used lifting equipment for overhead material handling, mainly used in indoor and outdoor warehouses, workshops, docks, workshops and open-air storage yards, etc. It is a kind of bridge crane running on the elevated track, the bridge runs longitudinally along the track laid on both sides of the elevated track, and the lifting trolley runs horizontally along the track laid on the bridge. Form a rectangular working range, can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials, not hindered by ground equipment.

Components: Composed of main beam, end beam, electric hoist, cart, cart, control room, lifting mechanism, cart shift mechanism, cart and cart collector, protection plate, controller, resistor, motor, lighting equipment, electrical lines and various safety protection devices.

Main beam: support the mobile car, and can run along the special track laid, the weight of all the mass of the crane to the plant building structure, simple and applicable structure, good process.

End beam: U-channel steel group welding formed by rolling steel plate

The connection mode of the main beam and the end beam: one is the way of adding the connecting plate and welding, and the other is the way of connecting the bolts with load reducing flanges at both ends of the main beam.

Electric hoist: light and small lifting equipment driven by electric drive, driven by reel and pulley, small volume, light weight, easy operation and maintenance

Trolley frame: the frame that supports and installs the lifting mechanism and the running mechanism of the trolley, and the frame and the metal mechanism that transfers the lifting load.

Operating mechanism: composed of motor, transmission device (drive shaft, coupling and reducer), brake and wheel, is to make the crane or dolly horizontal movement, used to carry goods or adjust the working position. With a large enough wheel pressure, the driving wheel on the operating mechanism is arranged symmetrically into four corners, which can effectively ensure that the sum of wheel pressure is unchanged and no skid will occur

Brief Introduction:
LD model single girder overhead crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole crane. Single girder overhead crane is more typical when lifting capacity less than 20T.

Used together with CD1  model MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set, it is a light duty crane with a capacity 0.5 ton ~ 32ton. The span is 7.5m~ 22.5m. Working duty is A3~A5, working temperature is -25-40ºC. 
This product is widely used in steel mills, warehouse,hydropower station,production workshop, production line, materials stocks,equipment assembly etc to lift goods.
