Product Description

Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane is suitable for loading and unloading of large span, frequently railway freight yard, port, open storage, container transfer station etc. It is suitable for heavy bulky cargo and container handling operations, with frequent high-level work, A5 ~ A8.The equipment produced by our company has a lifting capacity of 5 to 600 tons, a maximum span of 35 meters, and fast operating and lifting speeds, which can meet the requirements of heavy freight transportation.

 

Product Features

1. Adopt box-shaped double beam welding structure to increase the working space and facilitate transportation, installation and maintenance.
2. The trolley adopts the special conductive device of rail and cable.
3. Parts standardization, serialization and generalization.
4. There are two types of crane power supply: cable drum type (divided into left end and right end) and sliding contact line type (divided into left end and right end), which are available for users to choose.
 

Environmental Conditions:
1,The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2,The working environment temperature ranges from -20ºC to +45ºC and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3,In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4,The working duty is A6-A7.
5,The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6,The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.

Technical Introduction:
1. The electrical equipment is accommodated in robust steel plate control cubicles.
2. All movement can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main contactor.
3. The entire equipment is easy to install and dismantle due to the use of threaded bolts and top-hat rails. Cable inlet from the cable gland.
