There is a rope arrangement mechanism above the bottom plate, a power mechanism above the bottom plate, and a control mechanism above the bottom plate. It can detect the tension of the cable through the control mechanism, control the winding speed according to the cable tension to achieve a constant tension, and ensure the stability of the cable during mooring, avoiding the problem of danger caused by excessive shaking of ships and other tools. Through the rope arrangement mechanism, the cable can be guided to make the cable winding uniform, achieving the purpose of wire arrangement. Through the power mechanism, it can provide power to make the drum winding the cable, achieving the purpose of winding the cable and mooring. Through the tension sensor, it can play a role in detecting the tension of the cable during winding, avoiding the problem of not knowing the tension during winding, which is conducive to detecting tension and controlling tension.

1.Whole machine no-load operation test: Close the clutch, release the brake, and let the mooring winch run continuously in both forward and reverse directions for 15 minutes at no-load speed.
2.Load test: Using the drum load as the loading load, lift and lower the load block within an effective height range of about 8m, and continuously lift and lower it at nominal speed for 30 minutes.
3.Automatic control braking device test:
After lifting the load block (equal to the drum load) off the ground, increase the weight of the load block on the mooring winch to 1.25 times the weight of the drum load. The automatic control braking device of the electric mooring winch should not slip or be damaged. For hydraulic mooring winches, a certain amount of slip is allowed, and the slip per minute should not exceed 1m.
Under the test conditions of the load test, the automatic control braking device should be tested, and the automatic control braking device should be able to stop the drum rotation without failure. When the operating device of the electric mooring winch is moved to the parking or braking position, the automatic control braking device should be able to brake immediately
4.Brake support load test: Close the drum brake device to prevent the drum from rolling, apply a support load on the steel cable led out from the drum, and conduct a static load test. The experimental time should be maintained for 2 minutes. The brake should have no slip phenomenon during the test, and there should be no permanent deformation of the stressed parts after the test.
5.Recycling load (only applicable to automatic mooring winches) (i.e. automatic constant tension test): When the prime mover is set to the maximum torque controlled by automatic control and the drum is wound with a single layer of rope, record the heaviest load block that the drum can lift when it starts to rotate in the winding direction.
6.Release load (only applicable to automatic mooring winches) (i.e. automatic constant tension test): When the prime mover is set to the maximum torque of automatic control and the drum is wound with a single layer of rope, record the heaviest load block that the drum can lift when the drum starts releasing the rope in the opposite direction of the applied driving torque.
7.Brake effectiveness test: Tighten the brake, disengage the clutch, apply 1.5 times the drum load on the drum, and the brake should have no slip phenomenon.
