Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane
Rubber tyre gantry Crane is composed of gantry, lifting trolley, crane travelling mechanism, cab and electric control system. The gantry is of boxed-shape structure, the girder is bias track double girder and the leg is Type U.
Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane is suitable for loading and unloading of large span, frequently railway freight yard, port, open storage, container transfer station etc. It is suitable for heavy bulky cargo and container handling operations, with frequent high-level work, A5 ~ A8. The capacity is from 5 to 500 tons, span is from 18 to 35 meters, the girder can be designed have cantilever and no cantilever, the end of two main beam connected with end beams to meet the high level requirements.

Technical Introduction:
1. The electrical equipment is accommodated in robust steel plate control cubicles.

Advanced Manufacturing Technology:
Steel shot blasting pretreatment, the surface quality reaches Sa 2.5 grade.
Crane wheel and wheel shaft through the high frequency quenching and tempering treatment, it eliminates the internal stress and ensures the machining accuracy. the use of welding robot, the main girder inseam weld by advanced MAG welding. The main girder welding adopts radio graphic testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure the welding quality.
High Reliability:
The motor and reducer are imported from domestic famous brands with industry recognition, quality assurance. It has reliable quality.
The main electrical components is from the selection of Schneider, Siemens, ABB and other international well-known brands, the protection degree electronic control box is no less than IP54.
