The working principle of hydraulic winch is mainly based on hydraulic transmission technology, which transmits pressure energy through the hydraulic system to drive the winch drum to rotate, thereby achieving the lifting and lowering of heavy objects. It is usually composed of a power unit, an execution unit, a control unit, and an auxiliary unit. Through the collaborative work of these units, hydraulic winches can achieve stable and safe lifting of heavy objects, and are widely used in fields such as ships, lifting, road construction, and mine lifting.
Types of hydraulic winch are divided into: built-in hydraulic winch, exposed hydraulic winch, high-speed hydraulic winch, low-speed hydraulic winch, hydraulic winch usually by the hydraulic motor, control valve, gear boxes, rollers, brackets, (clutch) Rope, installation bracket and other combinations.
Mooring winch is specifically designed for the loading and unloading process of ships at berths, and has multiple functions such as traction, lifting and positioning. It can operate effectively when the ship docks or is moored, compensating for the deviation caused by vibration through constant tension adjustment, and playing a role in drift, support, and positioning.
