Hydraulic gantry cranes are mainly used in space limited and heavy lifting situations, such as the installation of large transformers, the installation of large ship propellers, and the transportation of large equipment in workshops.
Hydraulic gantry crane is a lifting equipment designed for moving large metallurgical, electrical equipment or other heavy components.
The equipment can realize hydraulic jacking, drive walking, side movement of spreader, and three-dimensional attitude adjustment of goods. It is mainly composed of a set of basic jacking units including jacking and walking functions. The jacking unit is equipped with a hydraulic pump station as a power source. It adopts centralized electric control and relies on hydraulic drive to realize the jacking and walking of heavy objects.

1. Jacking unit (legs)
The jacking unit includes jacking oil cylinder, driving motor, reducer, corresponding mechanical structure, etc.
The legs are guided by a single stage telescopic structure to ensure the safe bearing and operation. Large tonnage hydraulic cylinder lifting telescopic action, can achieve a full stroke of lifting.
The lifting leg, as a key component for carrying lifting, has a dual locking device, hydraulic locking and mechanical cam locking, which can ensure safety and reliability.
There is a spherical roof at the top of the lifting unit to adapt to the small displacement of the correction, mechanical has a good guide device, compact structure, make the whole lifting leg more stable and reliable.
The walking of the lifting leg is achieved by driving the planetary reducer with a hydraulic motor, and the operating speed is adjusted by variable speed regulation.
All actions are driven by hydraulic transmission, using high standard hydraulic components to ensure system safety.
The hydraulic pump station adopts a distributed design. That is, each of the four lifting units is equipped with a hydraulic station, and variable speed regulation is adopted to control the lifting and traveling speeds, enabling flexible adaptation to operational requirements. The synchronization among the outriggers is achieved through a centralized control system.
2.Movable spreader
The hydraulic motor drives the spreader (that is, the full stroke spreader), and the hydraulic motor drives the spreader to walk, and the moving spreader drives the heavy object to move on the beam. The weight can be moved arbitrarily within the span of the jacking leg, and the moving distance can be completed at one time, which is not restricted by other factors. The single mobile spreader has a same rated load capacity and can be combined to achieve precise positioning of heavy objects.
3.main beam and track
The main beam and track are important parts of the hydraulic gantry crane, and it is also an essential part of the gantry crane work. The main beam mainly carries heavy loads and transfers the force to the lifting leg. Track is an important factor to realize safe and stable running of gantry crane. You can't do one without the other. Lower deflection of main beam < 1/750. Anti-rust treatment should be done in the closed structure space of the track and main beam. The main beam should be treated as a whole by shot blasting and quickly painted after shot blasting. The thickness of the paint film should be ≥120µm. Gantry crane has C5 coating for corrosion protection and the panel has canopy / cover for rain and sun protection.
4.Electrical control system
This system adopts a distributed hydraulic pump station design and relies on centralized electrical control to achieve synchronous operation among all the legs.
The electrical system is controlled by PLC, and the hydraulic station is variable speed regulation. Each leg is equipped with lift height sensors that provide real-time feedback on the current height and operation synchronization. When there is a difference, the control system can automatically adjust the oil supply flow of each branch through variable adjustment, so as to achieve accurate synchronization between each branch. The operator can also adjust and operate each independent leg separately according to the situation.

Hydraulic systems can provide extremely large thrust, so hydraulic gantry cranes are usually designed for lifting medium to large tonnage heavy objects, ranging from tens of tons to thousands of tons, and are irreplaceable in the field of heavy equipment handling.

Stepless speed regulation: By adjusting the opening size of the hydraulic valve, the flow rate of hydraulic oil can be precisely controlled, thereby achieving smooth and stepless changes in lifting and lowering speed, smooth starting and braking, and effectively avoiding load shaking and impact.
Excellent micro motion: capable of achieving extremely slow and precise movement, which is crucial for installation operations that require precise alignment, such as large molds and wind turbine blade installation.
3. Self installation and modular design:
Large hydraulic gantry cranes usually adopt a modular assembly structure. The main beam, supporting legs, and other components can be quickly assembled and disassembled through bolt connections or pin shafts, making it easy to transport and install on site.
By utilizing its own hydraulic system, it is possible to complete a "self lifting" installation, which gradually lifts the main beam into place through a hydraulic lifting device, reducing reliance on external large cranes.
4.High security and reliability:
Self locking ability: The hydraulic system itself has certain pressure holding and self-locking characteristics. Equipped with hydraulic locks and balance valves, it can safely lock the load in the air even in the event of oil pipe rupture, preventing loss of control and falling.
Overload protection: The system usually integrates a hydraulic overload protection valve. When the load exceeds the rated value, the valve will automatically open to relieve pressure and provide protection.
Multi system redundancy: Critical systems (such as pump stations) sometimes adopt a dual backup design to ensure that equipment can still safely complete operations or unload loads in the event of a single system failure.
5. Good site adaptability:
Legs can usually be adjusted independently in height and leveled through a hydraulic system, which can adapt to uneven working surfaces.
The requirements for the foundation are relatively low (compared to rail mounted gantry cranes), and only need to meet the ground bearing capacity requirements.

1.If required by the Buyer, the Seller can provide equipment installation guidance and provide free training to the technical personnel dispatched by the Buyer.
2.The seller shall provide lifelong consulting services on the use, maintenance and transformation of the equipment provided. If the equipment fails to operate during the warranty period, seller shall give feedback and guidance within 12 hours upon receipt of written or telephone notification from buyer. If the fault cannot be solved through remote communication, seller may send professional service personnel to the site to solve the problem through consultation.
3.Seller shall provide all kinds of mechanical and electrical accessories purchased by users in time.
