Product Description

Double girder overhead crane isis a lifting equipment which is used for lifting materials across the workshop, warehouse and yard. Because it is located on both ends of a tall cement column or metal stent, shaped like a bridge. The single-girder overhead traveling crane's bridge runs longitudinally along the tracks laid on both sides of the overhead crane, which can take full advantage of the space under the bridge to lift the materials without being hindered by the surface equipment. It is the most widely used, the largest number of lifting machinery. It is a heavy duty type overhead crane that satisfy frequent using.

A1: Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.

Q2: How do you ensure your product quality?
A2: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.

Q3: How can I make payment?

Q4: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A4: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge.

Q5: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A5: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q6: Do you accept OEM business:
A6: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

A7: Different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
