Drum part
The drum is set on the support shaft, the support shaft is installed in the bearing of the two wall frames, the big gear and the drum are connected with bolts, the hydraulic motor drives the clutch to rotate, the clutch teeth are engaged with the pinion teeth, the pinion drives the big gear to rotate, so that the drum can rewind and release the cable, the drum hydraulic brake belt is used for the brake of the drum.
Hydraulic brake device
Hydraulic brake adopts belt structure, riveted by steel belt and braided belt, connected with brake cylinder push rod through swivel arm, under the action of cylinder spring, brake belt is normally closed, when the cylinder is connected with pressure oil, the cylinder pushes the swivel arm to loosen the brake belt, and the winch can work normally. When the pressure oil is unloaded, the cylinder spring makes the swivel arm turn, and the brake belt automatically shuts down. The hydraulic brake is equipped with a manual rotary screw, and the manual screw can be used to adjust the tightness of the brake in special circumstances.
Hydraulic actuator
The hydraulic transmission device is composed of a hydraulic motor and a planetary gear reducer, the output end of the hydraulic transmission device is installed with pinion, the hydraulic transmission device is equipped with a one-way balance valve and safety valve, one-way balance valve to prevent the winch in the external force to lower the cable, the winch appears excessive speed and system impact phenomenon, The impact load can also play a buffer role, the safety valve plays an overload protection role on the hydraulic motor, and the system displacement is changed by the manual valve to achieve the winch speed adjustment
