Knuckle boom crane is a kind of special purpose crane to carry out transportation operations in the maritime environment. Our hydraulic system deck crane innovatively adopts a closed system instead of the open system, solving the problem of the lifting brake control, which is rare to see for deck cranes. After successfully applying the closed system of the deck crane, the hydraulic oil consumption has been reduced by more than half compared to the open system deck cranes, and the power consumption has also been greatly reduced.
 

Marine Deck Crane, by electric or electro-hydraulic control,can rotate 360 degrees and can change amplitude within the length of the boom. Full hydraulic drive, electric motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, valve block, fuel tank, reel and other components are arranged in a cylindrical rotating barrel, the internal space structure is compact, so that the ship has more deck area can be used.
