1. Lift three types of precast concrete box beams, namely 20m, 24m, and 32m, from the production pedestal of the precast formwork and transport them upside down on the beam storage pedestal;
2. At the beginning of the box girder transportation and construction, lift the prefabricated concrete box girder from the storage platform and drive it to the on-site beam transportation channel to stop steadily. Wait for the beam transportation vehicle to drive longitudinally into the lifting machine, and then load the suspended prefabricated concrete box girder onto the beam transportation vehicle as required.
3. Able to perform cross pier operations (with a clearance height of ≥ 21M), which means that the assembled bridge girder machine and precast concrete box girder can be lifted onto the bridge deck as required and loaded onto the beam transport vehicle on the bridge deck, and the beam transport vehicle can be lifted onto the beam transport vehicle on the bridge deck as a whole. The beam lifting machine should be designed with a lifting point that matches the box girder lifting equipment on the bridge girder machine and the beam transport vehicle or provide matching lifting aids.
1.At full load, the longitudinal adjustment of the lifting beam trolley is ± 500 millimeters, and it has a lateral movement function.
2.Ensure that the box girder does not slide down, the lifting winch is equipped with a dual braking system, and other parts of the lifting are designed with reliability. 6. Full load can achieve 90 degree steering, with 32 auxiliary cylinders for stationary steering.
3.The walking mechanism adopts a hydraulic suspension system, which not only meets the three-point support of the entire machine, but also achieves uniform load distribution.
4. The overall height of the machine is low, and the walking mechanism is driven by an AC variable frequency motor. Under the control of the electrical system, continuously variable speed, soft start, soft stop, and impact avoidance can be achieved according to the load situation.
