Tire type beam hoist are used for beam handling in passenger dedicated lines, as well as in railway, highway, and urban light rail beam yards. The conveyor adopts a tire type walking system and is equipped with a steering system, which can achieve longitudinal, transverse, and curved walking when transporting beams, and the working surface can cover the entire beam field.
This machine can be equipped with a double beam crane, and a single machine can handle various types of beams of 1000 tons or less; It can also be equipped with a single beam crane, with two handling machines working together to transport various types of beams weighing 1000 tons or less.
1. Lift three types of precast concrete box beams, namely 20m, 24m, and 32m, from the production pedestal of the precast formwork and transport them upside down on the beam storage pedestal;
2. At the beginning of the box girder transportation and construction, lift the prefabricated concrete box girder from the storage platform and drive it to the on-site beam transportation channel to stop steadily. Wait for the beam transportation vehicle to drive longitudinally into the lifting machine, and then load the suspended prefabricated concrete box girder onto the beam transportation vehicle as required.
3. Able to perform cross pier operations (with a clearance height of ≥ 21M), which means that the assembled bridge girder machine and precast concrete box girder can be lifted onto the bridge deck as required and loaded onto the beam transport vehicle on the bridge deck, and the beam transport vehicle can be lifted onto the beam transport vehicle on the bridge deck as a whole. The beam lifting machine should be designed with a lifting point that matches the box girder lifting equipment on the bridge girder machine and the beam transport vehicle or provide matching lifting aids.
