Telescopic boom cranes can be hydraulic extended and retracted without a knuckle function.These cranes should always be executed with a hoisting winch installation.

1.Telescopic Marine Crane is composed of base, arm frame, tower, hydraulic winch,telescopicoil cylinder, Amplitude oil cylinder, hydraulic rotary mechanism, operating platform, hydraulictransmission parts, electric controlling part and etc.

2.The base is cylinder structure, can be welded on the deck, also can connect with deck byhigh strength bolts. Connection mode must to be marked.

3.Arm frame and tower are box structure. Hydraulic winch controls the goods rising and drop.Telescopic oil cylinder controls level the telescopic crane boom. Amplitude oil cylinder controls goods correct hook-on point and landing point.

4. Swing mechanism for controlling crane turning right or left turn. Operation platform is usedfor operation and maintenance debugging. Hydraulic transmission parts for the system to provide pressure oil; The electrical control system mainly control motor stops,operation.

Hydraulic Pack
SIEMENS or ABB motor are chosen with IP5 level of protection. It can bear water from any direct and has a stable power output it  more reliable and safe than others and can work in high temperature and low temperature environment.
Slewing Bearing
Slewing bearing is equipped with a leak tight seal between the rotary rings, to prevent water and dust entering the tracks. All our rotation bearings screws tightened by highest standard dynamo metric bolt so it's very safe.
Electric Control Case
We use French Schneider it can bear a long working time and high or low temperature so it's have a long service life and safe on the sea.
