Product Description

Deck crane or ship crane, is a type of large deck machinery on board ships, mainly used for loading and unloading cargo.This equipment is easy to operate, flexible in operation, and can adapt to the operation of various types of goods. Therefore, it has been widely used in ship operations. Ships equipped with cranes are popular among shippers and lessors in the shipping market. The structure of a deck crane mainly includes a base, rotating rod, boom, wire rope, and pulley system. According to the form of the boom, the crane can be divided into three types: straight arm, telescopic arm, and folding arm.

Marine Deck Crane, by electric or electro-hydraulic control,can rotate 360 degrees and can change amplitude within the length of the boom. Full hydraulic drive, electric motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, valve block, fuel tank, reel and other components are arranged in a cylindrical rotating barrel, the internal space structure is compact, so that the ship has more deck area can be used.
There is no tedious preparation work before Marine Deck Crane operation. The hook can be attached with a grab bucket to load and unload bulk goods, which has good adaptability to the goods and is widely used.

Telescopic arm type:

Straight arm type:
As a common type of marine lifting equipment, the marine straight arm crane consists of three main mechanisms: lifting, slewing, and slewing.
