Mooring winch is a type of winch. Mooring winches can operate effectively when ships are moored or docked, and have numerous functions such as drifting, supporting, and positioning during loading and unloading processes, while compensating for deviations caused by vibration with constant tension adjustment. The installation of mooring winches on shore for loading or unloading ships is a constant tension adjustment feature.

The motor of a single drum electric winch drives the drum through a reducer, and a brake is installed between the motor and the input shaft of the reducer. To meet the needs of lifting, traction, and rotation operations, there are also winches with dual drum and multi drum devices.

There is a rope arrangement mechanism above the bottom plate, a power mechanism above the bottom plate, and a control mechanism above the bottom plate. It can detect the tension of the cable through the control mechanism, control the winding speed according to the cable tension to achieve a constant tension, and ensure the stability of the cable during mooring, avoiding the problem of danger caused by excessive shaking of ships and other tools. Through the rope arrangement mechanism, the cable can be guided to make the cable winding uniform, achieving the purpose of wire arrangement. Through the power mechanism, it can provide power to make the drum winding the cable, achieving the purpose of winding the cable and mooring. Through the tension sensor, it can play a role in detecting the tension of the cable during winding, avoiding the problem of not knowing the tension during winding, which is conducive to detecting tension and controlling tension.
